Proficiency in CRM marketing tools and platforms, such asEsputnik, Braze, Iterable, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills tointerpret CRM marketing performance metrics: ability tomake data-driven decisions and implement optimizations based onmetrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Constant work with segmentation, track segments, their dynamics and increase CLV Constant hypothesis generation, ABtests, evaluation and scaling Analyze CRM marketing performance metrics tomake informed decisions and optimize campaigns. Effectively coordinate with multiple teams, utilizing project management skills tokeep CRM campaigns ontrack.
