If you are close to it as much as we are, you can become Senior Retention Manager of our company. Your future tasks: ・segmentation of the audience, monthly planning and development of marketing activities for various segments and groups of users ・automation of personalized programs/logics for managing the user life cycle via Email, Push, SMS and other retention channels ・calculation of forecasts by activities and analysis of the effectiveness of the measures taken, segmental analysis of the effectiveness of marketing expenses・conducting A/B testing, working on improving metrics・analysis of the market and competitors, putting TK on the development team to implement new features for customer retention・interaction with the product team to improve the product. Your experience is relevant to us if you:・have 3+ years of experience in a similar position・have experience working on an iGaming product・have experience in developing and implementing marketing activities to retain and return players・understand basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities・know the main marketing and niche indicators (LTV, ARPU, RR, CR, GGR, NGR, etc.)・have experience working with analytical tools.
