Growe is waiting for those who want to:

  • Define CRM strategy for brands (Casino, Sport), create a CRM plan with activities for all customer life cycles;
  • Plan , conduct and analyze advertising campaigns for activation, retention and reactivation of players;
  • Analyze and create segments for promotional campaigns;
  • Order design and texts of advertising campaigns;
  • li>Determine the best approaches for player activation;
  • Participate in hypothesis testing related to retention and activation rates;
  • Make an overview of events (tournaments, sporting events) covering all key dates with promotions and messages;
  • Create automated funnels for player retention;
  • Monitor weekly and monthly retention metrics: retention rate, reactivation rate, churn, ATPU, ARPU, etc. ;
  • Monitor weekly and monthly campaign performance metrics: usage conversion bonus, bid percentage, etc.;
  • Increase communications metrics: OR emails, CR, CTOR, SMS delivery rate.

We need your professional experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a CRM manager or in a similar position;
  • Good understanding of markets and customer needs;
  • Experience in conducting and optimizing communication campaigns;
  • Understanding CRM technology and how user experience affects conversion;
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google spreadsheets and presentations;
  • Project Management skills;
  • Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level.

    Growe welcomes those who are excited to: Define a CRM strategy for brands (Casino, Sport), create a CRM plan with activities for all the customer lifecycles; >Plan, execute, and analyze promo campaigns for players' activation, retention, and reactivation;

  • Analyze and create segments for promo campaigns;
  • Make requests for the design and texts for promotions ;
  • Define the best approaches for players' activation;
  • Participate in hypothesis testing connected with the retention and activation-connected metrics;
  • Make review the events ( tournaments, sports events), covering all major dates with promotions and communications;
  • Create automated funnels for player retention;
  • Track on a weekly and monthly basis retention-based metrics: retention rate , reactivation rate, churn rate, ATPU, ARPU, etc.;
  • Track campaigns' performance metrics weekly and monthly: conversion of use bonus, % wagered, etc;
  • Increase the communications metrics: emails OR, CR, CTOR, SMS delivery rate.

We need your professional experience:

  • At least 3 + years of experience as CRM Manager or a similar role;
  • Good understanding of market and customer needs;
  • Experience with running and optimizing communication campaigns;
  • Understanding of technology in CRM and how user experience impacts conversion;
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google spreadsheet and Slides;
  • Project management skills;
  • At least an Upper- intermediate level of English. We appreciate if you have those personal features: Responsibility, attention to detail; li>
