We are currently looking for a Senior Creative Producer for our SaaS product in the Wellness&Health niche. What awaits you:

About you:

• You have 3+ years of proven work experience for similar positions in the SaaS business;
• There is an understanding of the advertising market, the basics of performance advertising, the principles of user engagement and testing;
• Able to navigate the main advertising metrics and understand their meaning, establishing cause and effect relationships;
• There is experience in creating successful advertising for paid social networks (FB, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, YouTube) and knowledge of advertising features in each social network;
• You have good skills in researching and analyzing the target audience, identifying insights, tracking updates and trends;
• You have successful experience in creating multi-format advertising, as well as experience in creative copywriting, design or creative strategy development;
• You know how to search and analyze competitors' ads, track advertising trends for paid social networks;
• Able to work autonomously, without the need for constant management guidance;
• English level B2 or C1.

About your tasks:

• Responsible for the implementation of the creative strategy of the project in performance advertising: control the production of advertising materials for paid social networks with the purpose of attracting new users to the mobile application;
• Generate new ideas for creatives and manage the full creative production cycle: from idea to final implementation;
• Initiate brainstorms and discuss plans testing with the creative production team and User Acquisition managers;
• Analyze performance advertising performance indicators, establish causal relationships between these indicators and advertising materials created by the creative production team;
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and insights. Apply this knowledge to develop innovative and effective solutions.
