We are currently looking for the best Creative Marketing Manager to join the team. Your main task in this role will be to generate creatives that will increase our sales and marketing performance.

Your qualities and skills that will be valuable:

• 2 years of experience in performance / digital / creative marketing;
• You are on "you" with digital advertising: love for social networks, knowledge of trends and understanding of how to create true advertising creative;
• Also, you are on "you" with business goals: without "creative for the sake of creativity", but with a clear understanding of the problem that the idea solves;
• Do you understand what "pains" for those who go to study IT professions;
• Creative and unconventional thinking, the ability to find new solutions and ideas;
• Ability to conduct A/B tests, analyze advertising and business indicators and make effective decisions based on the received data;
• Experience in writing technical tasks for designers;
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Recruitment process:

• Interview with a recruiter (in Google Meet) - 30 minutes
• Test task
• Technical interview - 1 hour
• Culture-fit interview - 1.5 hours
