Interview Stages:
1) HR Interview — up to 40 minutes;
2) Technical Interview — up to 1 hour.
If you possess the following experience and skills, you would be an excellent fit for our team :
— 4+ years working as a creative director in a digital agency or software company;
— Solid understanding of Facebook, Google, and YouTube advertising platforms;
— Strong written and oral communication skills;
— Upper-intermediate level of English;
— Strong research skills and the ability to clearly present findings;
— Portfolio demonstrating creative talent and brand development;
— Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills;
— Strong visual design and typography skills;
— Ability to present ideas to clients and explain design decisions;
— Experience in strategy and execution.
Your responsibilities will include the following tasks within your workflow:
— Create creative advertising ideas and concepts that can be brought to market to create brand awareness;
— Pitch new advertising concepts confidently and present creative visions clearly;
— Collaborate on initiatives and new ideas with internal marketing team and designers, as well as with client marketing teams and designers.
Desired (but not required) Experience :
— Ability to work with influencers & UGC creators;
— Experience with Figma or similar tools.
