We are looking for an Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

— Supporting group activities across diverse regions, including licensing and regulatory matters.
— Assisting with corporate M&A transactions.
— Managing corporate functions and regulatory compliance.
— Supporting market entry and acquisition of new licenses.
— Handling intellectual property rights matters.
— Assisting with significant legal and administrative proceedings.
— Managing corporate relations between headquarters and regional hubs.
— Supporting capital market initiatives (debt and capital finance).
— Establishing corporate governance.
— Representing the group in corporate disputes.
— Drafting of various corporate agreements, like SPA, SHA, call option, investment agreement
— Legal analysis of corporate matters
— Handling ad-hoc projects as required.

Your main tasks will be:

— Support the group's activities in different regions, including licensing and regulatory issues.
- Support of corporate agreements on mergers and acquisitions.
—Managing corporate functions and regulatory compliance.
- Support for entering the market and obtaining new licenses.
— Solving issues related to intellectual property rights.
— Support of significant judicial and administrative processes.
—Managing corporate relations between headquarters and regional centers.
—Support of capital market initiatives (debt and equity financing).
—Establishment of corporate governance.
— Representation of the group in corporate disputes.
- Drafting of various corporate contracts such as SPA, SHA, option to purchase, investment agreement.
—Legal analysis of corporate issues
—Management of special projects as needed.
