This role sits on the rag & bone Brand Marketing team reporting to the Manager, Retail/Wholesale/International Marketing, and works closely with the VP, Brand Marketing and Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing.ResponsibilitiesOversee rag & bone retail marketing events and activations for domestic and global storesConceptualize, plan, execute and attend rag & bone retail store activations in partnership with marketing team leadsCommunicate with cross-functional team members to collect relevant event information for planning andrecapping eventsManage and maintain retail marketing calendar and activation decksManage all inbound marketing and events requests from field teamsServe as primary liaison between rag & bone corporate marketing and retail teams, and rag & bone store associatesAssist in development and execution of seasonal brand plans and high-level strategiesSupport Manager, Retail/Wholesale/International Marketing on day-to-day needs and special projectsAttend key internal meetings and update managers and team accordinglyOversee retail marketing budget and invoicing in partnership with marketing and retail teamsOversee rag & bone retail marketing events and activations for domestic and global storesConceptualize, plan, execute and attend rag & bone retail store activations in partnership with marketing team leadsCommunicate with cross-functional team members to collect relevant event information for planning and recapping eventsManage and maintain retail marketing calendar and activation decksManage all inbound marketing and events requests from field teamsServe as primary liaison between rag & bone corporate marketing and retail teams, and rag & bone store associatesAssist in development and execution of seasonal brand plans and high-level strategiesSupport Manager, Retail/Wholesale/International Marketing on day-to-day needs and special projectsAttend key internal meetings and update managers and team accordinglyOversee retail marketing budget and invoicing in partnership with marketing and retail teamsRequirements2+ years of relevant production, event planning, or project management experience (experience in brand or retail marketing in the luxury space is a plus)Familiarity with cultural moments/trendsIn-depth and demonstrable understanding of the global fashion industryStrong network and contacts in the fashion industryExcellent presentation skillsAppetite for new brand development opportunitiesExcellent decision-making skillsStrong writing and communications skillsExtremely well-organized and efficient with numbersProactive, can-do attitudeRules we live by | Rules you live byBe a Good Human - Be original, be authentic.
