Weare looking for amotivated Content Editor with profound editing skills tocoordinate production and ensure the quality ofour pop-science courses. Lead the content production ofthe courses. Edit and improve the storytelling oflessons tohigh-quality standards. Manage and mentor content creators with afocus ontheir growth and development. Hire and set upproduction byremote experts. Collaborate with visual design teammates toensure the integrity ofstorytelling. Set ambitious goals for the courses and track their progress. Monitor key metrics, research competitors, and analyze user interaction with content tomake informed decisions. What you need tojoinus: C1-C2 English proficiency. 2+years ofexperience incontent editing, preferably inEnglish. Astrong belief that science issexy. Ability toexplain complex concepts insimple terms and make educational storytelling enjoyable. Experience and ambition tolead and mentor content creators. Creativity, responsibility, and attention todetail. Ability tosee the big picture while delving into the details. Instructional/Learning Designer orProducer background isabonus.
