In this role, you will:

• Create engaging content pieces (including expert insights, opinion articles, ambassador columns, vendor stories, and research-driven content)
• Coordinate with subject-matter experts to gather relevant information (this involves conducting interviews, round-ups, surveys, and data gathering)
• Contribute to developing a content strategy that focuses on personality-driven and data-centric content formats and reduces dependence on search engines for traffic
• Develop a distribution system to share content
• Collaborate with the Content Distribution Specialist to ensure expert content is repurposed into various formats (video, infographics, social media posts)

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Impeccable English
• At least 2 years of experience in creating engaging, personality-driven content
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to conduct engaging interviews with experts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with experts & build lasting relationships
• Previous success in distributing content across platforms
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• A creative mind with the ability to identify and suggest improvements
• Native (fluent) Ukrainian
• Portfolio of your previous engaging content works

• Hybrid work model
  It’s entirely up to you whether to work remotely or at the hub. If you decide to mix it, our Kyiv headquarters (HQ), which works as a coworking space, is open around theclock. The HQ is supplied with UPS and Starlink for an uninterrupted work process.
  We also reimburse the costs of renting a coworking space in any other city.
  If you decide to work at home, we cover the costs spent on your workspace organization: portable power stations, power banks, etc.
