Senior consultant of social impact projects in Rozvitok, Vseukrayinskiy Blagodiyniy fond

Purpose of the position: Management of complex projects of social impact. Functional duties: Interaction with the customer and project stakeholders, organization of interaction between the customer and stakeholders, etc.; Setup and implementation of project management: deadlines, team formation and distribution of roles, target intermediate results ; Organization of the timely involvement of partners and external experts in the project; Setting up and control of document flow within the project; Organization and implementation of the research phase of projects and preparation of high-quality research reports in various formats; Jointly with experts, participation in the development of social impact project strategies, determination of social impact directions and portfolio formation social initiatives for business; Development of operational models of selected social initiatives (governance systems, organizational structures, process maps, implementation plans, monitoring of the effectiveness of results, etc.) Preparation of high-quality consulting reports in the form of presentations, white papers, descriptive documents and their agreement with customers and project stakeholders. Together with experts, participation in projects on the design of approaches to social impact assessment and projects on measuring social impact according to the Social Return on Investments methodology; Participation in the development of business cases on social impact for educational institutions of Ukraine and information platforms; Requirements: Experience in international consulting companies and/or corporate businesses in the areas of strategic and organizational design consulting, evaluation of operational efficiency for at least 5 years; Experience in managing complex consulting projects: the ability to work with the Customer's expectations, cascade tasks for the team, to present project results and reporting in a high-quality manner; Experience in managing mixed teams up to 5 of people (employees, freelancers, contractors, partners, in the office and remotely); Experience in coordinating office and field research, forming conclusions and recommendations, preparing high-quality consulting and research reports; Understanding the concept of social impact and practical experience in studying social problems will be a significant advantage ;High analytical skills and system thinking, high organizational skills; English — upper-intermediate: fluent English for negotiations with partners and contractors, ability to process English-language research.
