SSC/BPO Team: is a team of consultants specialized in implementing recruitment projects for the structures of shared services centers and outsourcing centers. Your responsibilities:

  • You are Headhunter - you search, identify and contact candidates matched to your recruitment.
  • You conduct job interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates in Polish and English.
  • You develop your business by acquiring clients (recruitment projects) and negotiate commercial terms and rates.
  • You have a good understanding of your clients' companies, their industry, activities, work culture and environment.
  • You build a network of contacts and use it to promote positions and attract candidates.
  • You teach and support your team.
  • You become an expert in your field and receive high bonuses for placements

Our requirements:

  • You have experience in recruitment - a necessary condition.
  • You have experience in sales or B2B customer service - a necessary condition.
  • You are familiar with the SSC/BPO industry (or you want to learn its secrets).
  • You like people and can create long-term relationships.
  • You know English well (min. B2) - we have many international clients.
