Senior confectioner, Team Lead (night shift) in Osmolovskiy O.S., FOP

Our company is engaged in the production of delicious hypoallergenic food products. 

Due to expansion, we are looking for a senior pastry chef Team Lead to work night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Training of interns and assistance in mastering production processes;
• Periodic testing of employees for skills/knowledge of all processes;
• Control of the production process of the product (semi-finished products);
• Prevention, avoidance, resolution of conflict situations between employees;
• Control of economic materials, raw materials, integrity of equipment (transmitting information to a senior or manager when an order is needed);
• Performing audits;
• Allocation of employees by processes;
• Communication with daily team leaders and senior shifts.

Schedule and salary:

• The shift lasts 10-12 hours (the schedule is agreed individually);
• There is an opportunity to work: 2/2, 3/3, 4/4 or 5/2;
• Training (1 month) takes place in a day shift;
• Salary from UAH 1,000 to UAH 1,500 per shift, plus possible bonuses.

• Minimum work experience in 1C;
