The position involves a high level of technical competence, responsibility and the ability to make informed decisions in conditions of increased requirements for service continuity. style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">:
  • Ensuring smooth operation of communication channels and promptly resolving incidents.
  • Conducting diagnostics, analyzing the causes of failures and implementing corrective measures.
  • Technical support of equipment, updating configurations and planning works.
  • Monitoring the condition of network equipment, redundancy and bandwidth of channels.
  • Interaction with communication operators and technical support services to resolve incidents.
  • Maintenance of technical documentation, creation of diagrams, instructions and reports.
  • Participation in modernization of network infrastructure and implementation of new solutions.
  • Mentoring of juniors engineers and transfer of expert knowledge in the team.

  Your ideal profile:
  Must-have:

  • Higher technical education
  • Deep understanding of network technologies and protocols: Ethernet, IP, TCP/UDP, VLAN, OSPF/BGP (preferred).
  • Experience with communication channels: optical, IP/MPLS, VPN, redundant connection schemes.
  • Experience in operating Linux systems and using server services.
  • Skills for monitoring and analyzing the performance of networks and systems.
  • Experience of interaction with providers, contractors and technical units.
  • Abilityability to work with technical documentation, record work and report.
  • Analytical thinking, responsibility, ability to make independent decisions.

  Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik or other enterprise platforms.
  • Practical automation skills (Ansible, Python, Bash).
  • Understanding NetOps/DevOps approaches.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, Loki, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the principles of building highly available networks solutions.
  • Willingness to work in the office in Kyiv
