Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience as a software engineer
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AWS, Azure or GCP (two of these will be a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Terraform (cloud vendor languages like Cloudformation will be a plus)
• Ability to use scripting languages (e.g. Python, Javascript) to facilitate cloud automation
• Experience with “Well-Architected Framework” principals, infrastructure as code practices (e.g. Terraform, Cloudformation) and agile development methodologies
• Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles and practices.
• Inter-cultural understanding and experience
• Containerization and container runtime orchestrators: using e.g. Kubernetes
• Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
