• At least 5 years proven experience in leading and implementing change management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change theory and organizational development.
• At least 1 year in using Jira, Confluence.
• Fluent English, other languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management at various levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of risk mitigation tactics and change managementsoftware.
• Effective communication of technical information to non-technical staff.
• Efficient leadership competencies to drive change effectively.
• Familiarity with business management principles and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
