The client isanindependent consumer cooperative engaged ingrocery stores, florists, travel agencies, post offices, and pharmacies. Project duration— 2months with further possible extension. Location— Ukraine, Poland. Skills: Business Analysis, Design Thinking, Documentation, Organization, Facilitation, and Communication. Key Responsibilities: Customer Journey Documentation: Develop detailed documentation ofcustomer journeys atboth Level0 (L0) and Level1 (L1), highlighting key interactions and touchpoints. Business Capabilities Mapping (L0/L1): Collaborate with stakeholders tomap out business capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Value Stream Documentation: Document value streams toidentify and optimize the flow ofvalue through various processes and systems. Application Rationalization Support: Assist inthe rationalization ofapplication portfolios toensure they meet current and future business needs. Pain-Point Elicitation: Elicit pain points from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and other elicitation techniques. Document these pain points for further analysis. Solution Development: Work closely with solution architects toprovide potential solutions toidentified pain points, leveraging insights from customer journey mapping and business capability analysis. Rapid Ideation Facilitation: Utilize tools like Mural.co orsimilar for rapid ideation sessions, helping tofoster creativity and innovative thinking among team members. Collaborative Teamwork: Engage with various team members across departments toensure collaborative and cohesive project outcomes. Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior members ofthe team, providing guidance and support toenhance their professional growth and effectiveness. Reporting: Deliver comprehensive status reports toupdate stakeholders onproject progress and align onfuture directions inatimely manner. Qualifications: Proven Experience: Extensive experience asaBusiness Systems Analyst, particularly inenvironments utilizing Design Thinking toaddress complex business challenges. Technical Skills: Proficiency inbusiness analysis, documentation, organization, facilitation, and advanced communication techniques. Experience with tools like Mural.co for ideation and collaboration. Leadership and Mentorship: Experience inleading project teams and mentoring junior staff tofoster skills development and professional growth. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable ofeffectively negotiating and persuading others, aswell aspresenting ideas tovarious audiences. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with aproven ability tothink strategically about how tocreate business-led solutions.
