We work under high load (2000+ RPS), optimize requests and build logic that depends on the speed of processing millions of shipments every day.

We are looking for an analyst who thinks systemically, understands how technical solutions affect business, and wants to see the results of his work in real life, not just on charts.

What you will do as aSenior Business/System Analyst

Analysis and requirements:

• Collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements from stakeholders.
• Formalization of requirements in the form of user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria.
• Building business processes (As-Is / To-Be), BPMN, flowcharts.
• Conducting gap analysis, impact analysis.

Cooperation with stakeholders

• Facilitation of meetings with business, PM, dev team.
• Supporting constant communication with stakeholders at all stages of the SDLC.
• Prioritization of tasks together with business (value vs effort).

System thinking

• Analysis of integrations, dependencies between systems.
• Participation in solution architecture design (at BA level: logic, interaction).
• Understanding technical limitations and opportunities — cooperation with architects/developers.

Documentation

• Create and maintain documentation (BRD, SRS, Confluence pages, diagrams).
• Maintaining the backlog in Jira, maintaining its relevance.
• Working with mockups/wireframes (in collaboration with a designer or independently).

Implementation control

• Participation in development - specification of requirements, answers to developers' questions.
• Acceptance of the developed functionality (together with QA).
• UAT support, business assistance in validating solutions.

Your ideal profile:
Must-have

• Education: Higher (technical will be an advantage)
• Experience as a business or system analyst from 4 years
• Knowledge and use of requirements management, business and system analysis best practices
• Ability to professionally describe the technical and business requirements of the product. Experience working with Jira, communication with the development/testing team as part of the implementation of business requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to find a common language with technical
  specialists
