Join us as a Senior Business Developmet Specialist in the Uklon Advertising team of the Product and Brand Marketing department.

How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
• participate in and initiate the development of product and infrastructure initiatives to monetize and improve the B2B offer to customers
• interact with potential and current partners and customers, with the goal of establishing long-term relationships and execution of sales plans
• create and present commercial proposals that will contribute to the expansion of the customer base
• actively participate in product promotion activities and strategic initiatives to increase business
• conduct analysis of the results of initiatives and prepare regular reports for management
Challenges for three months:
• successful onboarding, adaptation to processes, study of company and project features
• preparation for the launch of a new B2B product - Uklon Car Media
• scaling of the main B2B product - In-app Media: participation in the implementation of team goals for the number of customers, AOV and sold-out channels
• ensure the involvement of B2B leads from the Partnership and Delivery teams
To achieve results, you will need:
• 4+ years of commercial experience in business development
• work experience in the field of business development, mainly in the industry of digital products, ad-tech
• understanding of the advertising market will be an advantage
• successful cases of expanding the client base (B2B), establishing long-term relationships with clients and identifying real client needs
• experience in product development and improvement according to market needs
• analytical mindset, ability to work with data and reporting skills
How do you rewalking your working hours?
• you can plan your own work schedule, however, to be efficient,
we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. :00
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
