We are expanding our Business Development department and are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for customer acquisition and development in one of our business lines: Autonomous Enterprise. 

Within Autonomous Enterprise, we help clients optimize their business processes from awareness building, automation strategies to implementation and maintenance. We implement AI-based technologies from vendor UiPath that bring value to the customer: RPA, Low-Code Applications, Document Understanding, Communication Mining, Test Suite.

Working in Business Development in the Autonomous Enterprise line is not only about acquiring new customers but also about creative development of offerings, value propositions and the opportunity to shape unique offerings to meet customer needs.


  • Experience in selling business process automation solutions: RPA, DMS, ERP, AI
  • Experience in leading the sales process with decision makers: CEO, CFO, CTO, CIO
  • Ability to develop business in foreign markets
  • Ability to design products and offerings based on Buyer Persona and Value Proposition
  • Fluency in English language
  • Strong communication skills
