- you have at least 3 years of experience in b2b sales, preferably in the fintech, banking, e-commerce or finance industry - this is a necessary condition for us,
- you know sales techniques, you can work in accordance with the established process and
- you run projects on your own and/or are able to cope with several projects at the same time,
- you build solid relationships with clients, you know how to maintain a high retention rate
- you can use and maximize the potential resulting from working with CRM,
- Your communication is at a high level, you can formulate your messages clearly and concisely and you know how to ask questions to get the information you need,
- you are a team player, you understand the value of exchanging knowledge and helping others in the team, at the same time you are independent and can make your own decisions, taking responsibility for them
