• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably within IT outsourcing, but open to experience from other dynamic sectors.
• Experience in taking companies to new markets, especially international ones, and expanding an international client base.
• Deep understanding of IT and outsourcing, but also a willingness to redefine the industry and explore new development paths.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic relationship-building skills.
