Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a System Analyst. Experience in: collecting, specifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements and identifying system assumptions and constraints. An analytical workshop based on creative problem solving, structuring and generalization. Experience in cooperation with financial and accounting units: understanding the needs and requirements of areas dealing with accounting, effective communication with people using concepts from the domain of finance and accounting, knowledge of accounting principles, charts of accounts and accounting scenarios, period closing mechanisms, etc. Experience in working with systems financial and accounting (large ERP systems): knowledge of the architecture and functionality of systems responsible for accounting, settlements, depreciation of fixed assets and payment management in large organizations. Ability to effectively manage the process of integrating solutions with existing company systems. Fluent knowledge of SQL at a level enabling complex data analysis. Very good knowledge of the syntax of PL/SQL stored procedures in the Oracle database. Ability to define algorithms using UML. Ability to model business processes based on BPMN notation. Knowledge of CASE tools (e.g. Enterprise Architect). Knowledge of English sufficient to read technical documentation. Independence and good work organization. Excellent communication skills. Preferred: Knowledge of Java syntax. Knowledge of the Oracle Forms and Reports platform. Knowledge of IDE and Oracle Designer tools. Experience optimizing SQL query performance. She will be co-responsible for carrying out the migration project and implementing the company's main financial and accounting system (modules of the general ledger, subsidiary ledger and asset records). As part of the project, it will be necessary to acquire knowledge from the current system supplier based on source codes and documentation, implement CI/CD mechanisms necessary to maintain and develop basic functionalities.and system, and code refactoring. The role of the business and systems analyst will be to acquire knowledge about the supplier's financial systems based on: documentation, PL/SQL code, database structures and workshops with experts dedicated to the project in the financial and accounting area. Based on the acquired knowledge, the person in this position will be responsible for preparing analytical material for programmers as part of work related to the maintenance and development of financial and accounting systems.
