Dissect complex problems &identify patterns. Assist indesigning solutions for stakeholders based onSalesforce capabilities, including mockups orprocess flows ifneeded. Lead conversations with stakeholders for discovery and design with arange oftopics including user journeys, security requirements, and exception processes. Comfortable writing and grooming user stories. Comfortable doing unit testing for acceptance criteria. Comfortable writing test scripts and executing ifneeded. Comfortable creating training documentation and conducting training ordemos ifneeded. What you need for this 5+years ofexperience inrequirements management orbusiness analysis inIT companies. Salesforce ecosystemBA experience. Familiarity with Professional Services, Managed Services orReseller business models. Understanding ofSalesforce objects, permissions, and processes. Understanding ofPersona-based user experiences. Experience intesting and mapping various business processes and protocols. Experience using Salesforce CPQ orCertinia PSA. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability toprioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytic skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Knowledge ofkey business analysis tasks, requirements engineering techniques. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
