What you will bedoing Define business objectives that enable the company’s growth; Build long-term win-win relationships with the stakeholders and beakey person intranslating business requests into software specifications; Drive the client and the team toward defining requirements and conceptual solutions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and architects: toidentify the possible solution(s) and all downstream impacts, both system and non-system; todesign and validate solutions that address the identified business problems and align with the client’s goals; Elicit requirements using different techniques; Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes tosuch specifications; Evaluate requirements gathered from multiple stakeholders, resolve conflicts, decompose high-level requests into detailed requirements; Document, analyze, and prioritize detailed business requirements based onbusiness needs and objectives; Communicates business and functional specifications tothe team and other stakeholders; Prioritize the product backlog items using best practices and techniques; Search and analyze regulations and compliance standards related tothe medical domain through different countries/regions; Search for the improvements inthe existing software solution aswell asinthe working process area. What weexpect from you Atleast 5years ofexperience inthe role ofBusiness orSystem Analyst; 3+years inaleading position (lead business analyst, team leader, product owner, orsimilar); Ability tocollaborate well with both business and technical stakeholders; Ability tocollaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts and, mitigate risks; Domain Knowledge: adeep understanding ofthe healthcare industry. Familiarity with healthcare terminology, regulations (such asHIPAA), compliance standards, and industry trends; General understanding ofFDA regulations; Ability toread and understand architectural diagrams; Experience working inanAgile environment (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), certifications: CSM, CSPO; Experience using the following tools asAzureDevOPs, Confluence, Miro; Upper-Intermediate level ofEnglish. Would BeaPlus Technical background (db, API, swagger, data mapping and modeling); Experience asScrum Master; Experience asaProject Manager; IIBA certification: CCBA, CBAP, CPOA.
