Inpursuit ofthis strategic goal, weare looking for aninspired and dedicated Senior Business Analyst withBI experience tojoin our friendly and ambitious team ofprofessionals. The main goal ofthe cooperation istocontribute tothe development ofacorporate analytics platform for converting corporate data sets into valuable insights that will drive management decisions and increase the efficiency ofbusiness processes atIntellias. What you will do • Establishing and maintaining processes for requirements gathering for analytical projects. • Organizing backlog for the development team. • Conducting BIsolution design and prototype building. • Leading BIprojects that require cross-system changes (tight collaboration with internal systems’ Product Owners regarding solution design). • Maintenance ofcompanyBI documentation (Key metrics repository, WIKI, Data catalog). • Conducting solution demos and education sessions, collaborating with users, and explaining results. • Exploration and validation ofdata from various sources, suggesting recommendations for improving data quality inthe corporate systems. • Continuously monitoring the efficiency ofexistingBI solutions and relevance toongoing business needs, providing recommendations for improvements. • Participation inprioritizing further development ofthe Data Analytical platform. • Running ad-hoc research and analysis. • Being proactive and proposing new ideas regarding analytical services. • Empowering others inthe organization tobemore self-reliant intheir data needs. Asamember ofCorporate Analytics Team, you will work with: • Heads ofFunctions • VPs • C-level What you need for this Must have skills: • 7+years ofexperience indata, reporting, and analytical problem-solving. • Proficient inrequirements elicitation techniques. • Good knowledge ofmodeling tools BPMN, UML. • Strong SQL skills and experience inworking with adata warehouse. • Understanding ways ofdata extraction and exchange (JSON, XML, CSV, API). • Hands-on, practical experience inrelational databases, data modeling, and data visualization. • Experience inPower BItool (DAX, Power Query, Role-based modeling). • Expertise inMSExcel: creating formulas, pivot tables, charts, reports, and dashboards. • Ability todefine problems clearly and concisely. • Understanding statistical analysis methods. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability tocommunicate decisions clearly toboth technical and non-technical audiences. • Critical thinking. • Ability towork with ambiguity and afast-changing environment inafast-growing company. • English upper intermediate. Will beaplus: • Knowledge ofData Science, Big Data, Python • Experience with Azure ecosystem.
