IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in IT business analysis (5+ years)
• Proficient with ServiceNow platform (2+ years)
• Understanding the business analysis specifics with ServiceNow implementation
• Adept in understanding customers and their commercial problems
• Good at leading the design of tailored solutions for success
• Experienced in supporting development teams in the Agile environment
• Skilled in business needs definition, business and solution requirements elicitation and analysis, process modeling and analysis, solution definition, backlog management, solution validation, workshops facilitation
• Fluent in presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in business English
