Starting with BRD and ending with detailed functional/ non-functional requirement documentation; • Experience ofinteraction and interviews with the client’s stakeholders; • Experience ofinteraction with ateam ofarchitects; • Good verbal and written English communication skills. Will beaplus: • Tocoach and lead less experienced Business Analysts, providing guidance onbest practices, techniques, and tools. Responsibilities: • Collaboration with stakeholders tounderstand business objectives and requirements aswell asthe expected results; • Tocoach less experienced Business Analysts, providing guidance onbest practices, techniques, and tools; • Help guide the discovery process for amajor project; • Translating business ideas into clearly structured requirements; • Formalization, documentation, and visualization ofrequirements; • Help conduct in-depth analysis for business-optimization projects; • Todefine and prioritize product requirements based onathorough understanding ofuser personas, business goals, and technical constraints; • Product scoping, prioritization, and planning sessions.
