What will you do as a Senior Business Analyst D365 F&O:
—In-depth analysis of the current system (As-Is).
—Modeling of target processes (To-Be).
—Identification of gaps (Gap Analysis).
—Development of functional specifications, technical tasks for developers and interaction with the development team.
—Documentation of integration solutions.
—Configuration of key elements in D365 FO related to PayRoll.
- Keeping tasks up-to-date in the Jira system.
- Development of detailed test scenarios and test cases (Test Cases) covering the entire PayRoll cycle (from billing to reporting).
- Coordination and participation in functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) inherit; font-weight: 700">
Responsibilities are focused on the interaction of D365 modules (especially Finance/HRM,) and integration with external systems.
Your ideal profile:
Must-have (mandatory requirements):
—4+ years of experience in the field of ERP systems (experience as a BA, consultant or functional expert in the field of ERP systems).
— 2-3 years of direct work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
—Successful experience of participating in full D365 implementation cycles (from analysis to launch and support) in large/medium projects.
—Deep functional knowledge of PayRoll business processes, [HR and Finance] modules and other D365 FO modules.
—Experience of full implementation cycles, expert skills in gathering and documenting business requirements and ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Ability to work with business process modeling tools (eg BPMN). Experience with data migration and integration tools.
—Experience in developing key documents: TRD, As-Is/To-Be analysis, Functional Design Documents (FDD), Test Cases.
—Skills in working with Jira.
—High self-organization and willingness to work within given deadlines.
—Skills in working withconflicts and stakeholder expectation management.
Nice-to-have:
Availability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Availability of certifications in the field business analysis (for example, CBAP, CCBA).
- Higher education in the field of information technology, economics, finance or related fields.
- Experience in conducting workshops and trainings for users.
- Knowledge of the basics of accounting and management accounting, IFRS principles.
- Understanding of D365 FO architecture, PayRoll standard business processes and best practices.
