Now spun off into a separate company to share our experience and expertise externally, remaining the IT backbone for those who bring light and help rebuild the country.As a Senior Business Analyst Creatio, you will identify requirements and implement the most important components of our strategies, focusing on solutions implemented both in-house and by contractors on the Low Code Creatio platform. Responsibilities:- Analysis and description of business requirements for software solutions within the existing information system.- Research of existing automation processes.- Assessment of the capabilities of the Creatio system and the relevance of business requirements.- Creation of requirements specifications such as FRD, User Story, Use Cases, flowcharts, business processes, data flows, ERD.- Close cooperation with the development team and product manager.- Testing of enhancements and writing instructions for users.- Launching into industrial operation.- Functional development using Low Code capabilities of Creatio FreedomUI. Requirements:- 3+ years of experience as a business/functional/systems analyst in a software development company.- Experience in high-level requirements analysis for new product development.- Understanding of concepts, tools, models, methodologies of business and system analysis.- Experience in identifying requirements, analysis, documentation and support.- Ability to work on several projects at the same time.- Knowledge of SDLC. Experience of working in a SCRUM team.- Understanding of REST, SOAP principles.- Ability read and write API development requirement.- Ability to develop product functionality using Low Code Creatio (mandatory knowledge of FreedomUI).
