Senior Business Analyst Creatio in MODUS X

In this position, you will identify requirements and implement the most important components of our strategies, focusing on solutions implemented both in-house and by contractors on the Low Code Creatio platform.

Position functions:

• Analysis and description of business requirements on software solutions within the framework of the existing information system
• Research of existing automation processes
• Evaluation of the capabilities of the Creatio system and relevance of business requirements
• Creation of requirements specifications such as FRD, User Story, Use Cases, flowcharts, business processes, data flows, ERD
• Close cooperation with the development team and the product manager
• Testing of improvements and writing instructions for users
• Launch into industrial operation
• Development of functionality with the help of Low Code capabilities of Creatio FreedomUI

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a business/functional/systems analyst role in a software development company
• Experience in high-level requirements analysis for new product development
• Understanding of concepts, tools, models, methodologies of business and system analysis
• Experience in requirements identification, analysis, documentation and support
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of SDLC Experience in SCRUM team
• Understanding the working principles of REST, SOAP
• Ability to read and write requirements for API development
• Able to develop product functionality with the help of Low Code Creatio (required knowledge of FreedomUI)
