We are waiting for your resume for the vacancy: Senior Business Analyst (Creatio)

Main working tasks:

• Collection, analysis and formalization of business requirements;
• Modeling and optimization of business processes (BPMN 2.0);
• Setting up solutions in Creatio without code: business processes, objects, pages, business rules, lookup guides, roles and access rights;
• Coordination of testing with business, control of corrections defects;
• Communication with business units and support for the implementation of solutions.

You are our candidate if you have:

• Higher education;
• Work experience of 3-5 years or more;
• Experience in describing business requirements, User Story, Use Case, Acceptance Criteria from 4 years;
• Proficiency in BPMN 2., process analysis;
• Experience in participating in UAT and communication with business units;
• Practical experience in setting up solutions based on the standard (boxed) functionality of Creatio without the use of software code from 2 years, in particular:

— setting up business processes (BPMN / DCM) using standard tools platforms;

— configuration of objects, pages, sections, details and mini-cards;

— configuration of business rules, validations, mandatory fields;

— use of standard mechanisms of roles, access rights, organizational structure;

— configuration of lookup directories, dependencies, and filtering.
