Senior Business Analyst – Banking Systems in PrivatBank

Main duties:

• Development and analysis of current tasks together with the customer
• Deep immersion in business goals and the essence of projects to ensure successful implementation
• Proposing solutions to improve customer experience and optimize business - processes
• Assistance in the formulation of requirements and development of technical tasks (TOR)
• Maintenance of project documentation
• Implementation SQL queries and samples for data analysis
• Participation in the 3rd line of support for monitoring and solving project problems

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (in the field of IT, economics, business or related disciplines)
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst
• SQL knowledge and experience working with databases
• Programming experience (any language)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean)
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems
• Ability to draw up business cases and TOR
• Willingness to learn and develop in technical aspects
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)
