We are looking for a senior business analyst to join our team and work on a project with a finance domain. The role is designated to ensure the smooth delivery of the product that meets customer expectations through understanding business needs, eliciting, documenting, communicating, and managing requirements from the earliest stages of the project in the logistics domain.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Our client specializes in developing advanced software tools for the insurance industry to streamline tax compliance and reporting. Their flagship products offer a comprehensive suite of features to manage tax filings, including data import/export, centralized data entry, and extensive reporting capabilities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience as a BA in the IT field.
• Experience in analyzing, clarifying, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience working with Business Users and Software Developers to provide solutions that further enhance the applications and provide the business user with an improved experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills.
• Ability to successfully perform the various aspects of the Analyst role across multiple systems with custom and 3rd party applications.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with US or European clients.
• Advanced spoken and written English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Create detailed and unambiguous requirement documentation.
• Lead the lifecycle of a feature, from concept through launch, and manage the ongoing analysis and optimization phases.
• Research, benchmark, and analyze strategic and competitive information to optimize the product and its performance constantly.
