To support them we are extending our Business Analysis Team and are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will ensure business clients’ digital transformation needs are delivered in the most effective and streamlined way with the final result matching the real needs and with consideration of the influence on the whole ecosystem. You will cooperate closely with Finance, Operations, People departments, and other stakeholders across the company.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Create and document BRD, user stories- Analyse and decompose requirements for systems in IT environment, to ensure maximum usability- Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation collaboration- Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, manage the project documentation- Communicate effectively and efficiently with business units, development, and executive teams- Write and provide detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify a solution- Translate complex processes about how the business works for technical staff- Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution- Plan and monitor projects with regular checks on requirements- Report and monitor project performance- Design User Acceptance Testing and User training- Independently verify created technical solutions for the businessWHAT WE LOOK FOR- Expertise with ERP systems (preferable - NetSuite), but ready to work also with other systems- B2+ level of written and conversational English, including the ability to gather business requirements and ask сlarification questions in English- Experience in cooperation with stakeholders in the Finance area.
