Senior Business Analyst in Codemotion

Strong grasp of software architecture, including Web applications, and a deep understanding of software/systems (UML).Proficiency in modeling business processes, knowledge of notations and methodologies (BPMN).Ability to interpret, structure, and clarify complex information into clear, actionable requirements.Experience leading workshops to gather requirements, build solutions, and present features.Excellent communication skills.Key responsibilities:Elicit, analyze, validate, and document the business needs of stakeholders, customers, and end-users, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with the client, project manager, and development team, acting as the key liaison between stakeholders and the software development team.Decompose complex requirements into concise, clear user stories with unambiguous acceptance criteria.Organize effective and efficient communication channels with the development team to ensure proper and timely implementation in line with requirements.Organize an effective and efficient communication plan for the work with a client and be pro-active in this cooperation.Lead the identification, analysis, and selection of the optimal solution scope according to the customer’s business requirements.Office/Remote: RemoteEnglish: Upper Intermediate
