Senior Business Analyst in Sigma Software

Our active and energetic team is driven by an ever-changing startup environment and an atmosphere of adventure.If the description resonates with you, we look forward to meeting you and working together on interesting and challenging tasks that will expand our BA expertise!REQUIREMENTS5+ years of experience as a Business AnalystUnderstanding of modern trends in web/mobile application developmentStrong experience in documenting requirements (knowledge of approaches and tools for requirements specification on different levels of detail)Ability to manage requirements and changesDeep understanding of SDLCAbility to translate high-level ideas into specific requirements with clear acceptance criteriaAt least an Upper-Intermediate level of EnglishUnderstanding of project goals and ability to form MVP requirementsWould be a plus:Experience in pre-sales activitiesExperience with UI/UXBA certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA)RESPONSIBILITIESDirectly communicate with external and internal stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and prioritize requirementsCreate, review, and maintain project documentation up-to-dateParticipate in pre-sales activities — elicit high-level scope and prepare required deliverablesPerform requirements managementPerform change managementPerform market analysisMentor Junior Business Analysts and contribute to expanding BA expertise within the company
