The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, ideating and drafting dashboards, manipulating data, and translating requirements into compelling data visualizations. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to gather and clean data, construct coherent analyses, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.- Manipulate and transform data using SQL.- Construct engaging and impactful data visualizations using Tableau.- Analyze data using various tools and techniques to extract actionable insights and trends.- Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, and QA to ensure solutions meet business needs.- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.- Monitor and evaluate project performance against key metrics and objectives.- Identify risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation strategies.- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Requirements:- Technical degree or a readiness to acquire new skills.- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.- Proven proficiency as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or comparable role across various industries for 3 to 5 years is preferred.- Experience in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, looker, Power BI or similar.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and methodologies.- Experience using Jira or similar ticket management system.- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions is essential.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.We offer:- Competitive salary- Free English lessons - Flexible work schedule - Paid courses and certifications - Workshops - Career development plan - Mentoring Education  Team: Lead.NET developer, 2 Middle .NET Full Stack devs, 1 QA engineer, 1 DB developer, 1 PO, 1 Front-end developer
