Avenga is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team for our American project. The client is a company that specializes in the production and servicing of elevators and escalators

As a Senior Business Analyst you will play an important role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and optimizing Salesforce implementations to enhance our business processes and deliver value to our clients.

Requirements:

• 4 +years of experience as BA;
• Experience with Salesforce and, preferably, call center projects;
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques and approaches;
• Good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks;
• Thorough understanding the functionality and elements of the system or systems affected by the project;
• Practical experience in requirements management process;
• Competent in creating diagrams;
• English — Upper-Intermediate high (verbal and written).

Responsibilities:

• Transform existing global standardized call center solution based on Salesforce;
• Identify sources of existing and potential information relating to the project;
• Define objectives and success criteria of the project;
• Identify proposed Business Needs;
• Determine key project milestones and define project scope;
• Collect and collate existing documented information required for project and summarize it;
• Review information and identify gaps, obvious errors and potentially inaccurate data;
• Validate, refine and optimize solution option models;
• Through analysis of options, select the option with the greatest business benefit bearing in mind the customer’s objectives.
