We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Data background to join our team.

Project Description:

Development and cloud migration for a software platform designed to support medical affairs in business transformation, operational excellence, and connectivity. The platform helps manage medical evidence generation, grant programs, and communication activities.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in Business Analysis or related field with data-driven projects.
• Methodology: Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake.
• English Proficiency: at least C1 level in English.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and system thinking abilities, ability to conduct requirement analysis systematically.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with FiveTran is a plus

Responsibilities

• Participating in requirements validation, including user testing sessions
• Documenting requirements in a format of user stories/use cases/others
• Supporting requirements validation, preparing information and presentations for stakeholders and team members to address questions regarding proposed product decisions
• Differentiate high priority requests for each Stakeholder type and prioritize requests within the project
• System analysis and process flowcharting, strong with documentation and UAT execution
• Keeping up to date product specifications for knowledge sharing between project team
• Manage meetings with Stakeholders to elicit requirements
• Monitoring and ensuring consistency across products/solutions
• Assisting with communication between project teams, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Proactively work with business lines identifying opportunities for enhancing operations through the application of technology
