Senior Business Analyst in MODUS X

Projects:

< p>The company is going through a digital revolution that has led to huge investments in the technical side of the business. In this position, you will identify the requirement and implement the most important components of our strategies, focusing on solutions implemented as special software, created in-house by DTEK engineers using modern technologies and advanced software development experience. You will have the opportunity to work in different areas that affect many aspects of the company and on decisions that affect the entire enterprise, such as HR service development projects.

Tasks:< /p>

Participation in projects/products, collection, analysis, identification of requirements, formation of Wiki and Backlog of the project/product.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in a business/functional/systems analyst role in a software development company, fintech company, bank or other.

• Experience working in a SCRUM team, product development, FRD, BRD, SRS, Agile, User Story, Use Case, NFT, BPMN, SPRINT.

• Experience in high-level analysis of requirements for the development of new products.

• Understanding of business concepts, tools, models, methodologies - and system analysis.

• Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and support.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of SDLC.

• Understand the working principles of REST, SOAP.

• Be able to read and write requirements for API development.

• Be able to work with Postman web services debug testing tools , SoapUI and so on.

• Systems thinking, teamwork, result orientation, organization of activities, communications.

Responsibilities:

• Requirements gathering, elicitation and analysis.

• Regular communication with internal business stakeholders.

• Creation of requirements specifications such as FRD, User Story, Use Cases, flowcharts, business processes, data flows, ERD.

• Work closely with the development team and the product manager.

• Create documentation such as user guides.

• Development of processes, procedures and requirements for integration with external systems (IPSP, SAP, external registers, external authorization services, etc.).
