Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the iGaming industry. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and translating business needs into technical solutions and strategies. This role will require a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, business processes, and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
— Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers,
operations teams, and technical experts, to gather and document business requirements for various iGaming projects.
— Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the iGaming operations.
— Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps and workflows to help streamline operations and optimize efficiency.
— Quality Assurance: Ensure that implemented solutions meet the defined business
requirements and work closely with development and QA teams during testing phases.
— Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to provide strategic recommendations to the business.
— Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for business processes, functional
specifications, and user guides.
— Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.
— Problem Solving: Identify issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in processes and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
— Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field;
— Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in the iGaming or online gaming industry;
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
— Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques;
— A passion for well-documented functionalities;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
— Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus;
— Experience with crypto will be considered an asset.
