Senior Business Analyst in Nova Digital

The Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

What will you do

• Identification and analysis of business requirements
• Formalization of technical requirements . >
• Constant communication and interaction with business customers and the development team together with PM
• Optimization of existing processes
• Maintenance and updating of documentation for your tasks/projects
• Post-release support
• Communication with project stakeholders

About you

• Higher (technical will be an advantage)
• Experience as a business or system analyst from 4 years
• Knowledge and use of the best practices of business analysis, requirements management and system analysis
• Professional skills describe the technical and business requirements of the product. Experience with Jira, communication with the development/testing team in the framework of the implementation of business requirements
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to find a common language with technical specialists
• Understanding modern web technologies/client - server architecture
• Ability to navigate the guidelines and approaches of various front-end frameworks and design patterns
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Knowledge and experience in software development methodologies< /li>
• Practical skills for working with API requests
