Job Summary The Business Analyst carry out Business Analysis relating toour clients’ needs across various product offerings. This will include (but isnot limitedto) requirements gathering, defining the objectives and scope ofthe implementations and producing high quality Business Requirements Documents (BRD’s) and Design Documents. You will berequired tocommunicate effectively with senior client contacts aswell asacross multiple internal departments (e.g. Product, Operations, Engineering &Client Solutions). You will also beexpected tomanage multiple initiatives concurrently atvarying levels ofcomplexity. Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise onthe business processes supported bythe Allvue software solutions Attend business requirements gathering sessions togather high level requirements, document the scope ofwork and contribute tothe estimation process Gather requirements and produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) orDesign Documents for client approval and subsequent implementation bythe Allvue team Prescribe solutions toclients based onbest practices and recommend process changes asneeded Conduct end-user training with agoal ofensuring widespread adoption ofthe Allvue software Develop Business Requirements around compliance, portfolio modeling, private equity and portfolio management implementations, capturing the clients’ scope and objectives aswell asdeveloping thorough use cases. Liaise with internal developers, engineers &QA teams toensure the product implemented aligns with the clients’ needs and expectations Effectively communicate any product defects orenhancements toproduct team members for inclusion inour standard configuration offering Requirements Experience working for asoftware provider insupport, implementations, product, orengineering preferred Background and understanding ofFund/ Portfolio Accounting. Experience inFund Accounting Management preferred.Experience with Family Office, Private Equity Funds and/or Fund Administrators aplus. Experience with Microsoft Business Central preferred. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills (written &verbal). Great teamwork skills. Enthusiasm for technology and finance preferred. Positive attitude towards life and work.
