Senior Business Analyst in Podorozhnik, Merezha aptek

The largest pharmacy chain "Podorozhnyk" has been successfully operating on the market for over25 years. The network includes 2300+pharmacies and over 12,000employees in all regions of Ukraine. Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• ability to describe system behavior and reactions;
• ability to algorithmize user actions;
• skills to analyze problems and establish causal relationships;
• ability to formalize requirements;
• experience in quality assessment and application of functional requirements templates;
• basic skills of manual functional testing;
• ability to model problems and analyze the impact of changes.

What will be included in your duties:

• analysis of requests for changes and assessment of the possibility of their implementation within existing business processes;
• collection, formalization and documentation of the customer's functional requirements;
• participation in the assessment of the complexity and timing of the implementation of changes;
• coordinating estimates and requirements with interested parties;
• participation in the functional testing of implemented changes;
• approval and acceptance of the results of the implementation of changes.
