Senior Business Analyst in Nova Digital

The Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them.

software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta .

We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking forSenior BA.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher education (technical will be an advantage)
• Experience work as a business or systems analyst for 3 years or more
• Knowledge and use of best practices of business analysis, requirements management and system analysis
• Ability to professionally describe technical and business requirements of a product , knowledge of business process description notations.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to find a common language with technical specialists
• Understanding modern web technologies / client-server architecture
• Knowledge and practical experience of software development methodologies
• Knowledge of the complete software development cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with task tracking systems (Jira)
• Understanding of JSON?RPC / REST API
• Experience in API testing (Postman /Swagger)

Responsibilities:

• Identification and analysis of business requirements
• Formalization of technical requirements, setting tasks for developers (front, back, including IOS, Android tasks)
• Task support from receiving requirements from the customer to final acceptance testing by the business customer
• Constant communication and interaction with business customers and the development team
• Post-release support
• Identification of problem cases and the possibility of their reproduction
