Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as aSenior Business Analyst for remote cooperation inUkraine, Poland or Bulgaria.Areas of ResponsibilityCommunicating with customerManaging customer's expectationsTranslating customer needs into business, system, and product requirementsActing as a requirement analyst in communication with project teamsDefining detailed customer specifications and translating the requirements into user stories and acceptance criteriaParticipating in requirements preparation, refinement and planning on story and task levelAnalyzing and documenting APIsCommunicating closely with subject matter experts and developersConducting UAT, product acceptance testing, and verifying required functionality was developed and implemented as per business requirementsManaging product backlogs following Scrum/AgileMaintaining knowledge baseQualificationsKnowledge of Business Analysis ProcessAbility to develop State of Requirements (SOR), Project Charter and Scope of Work (SOW)Knowledge of how to develop business case for any Business Unit IT requirementsAbility to develop project schedule (including tasks, time for each task, work breakdown, resources required, completion time, and critical paths)Basic awareness of different types of Business and Technical Solutions (ERP, Well Integrity, Permit to Work, etc)Awareness of IT team roles in infrastructure, client support, solution development and securityKnowledge of how to do technical feasibility for new projectsIdentify the business requirements for new projects (like user interface, budget, hardware, software, etc)Study and analyze the users' requests, background, and business functions including methods, procedures, and manuals. identify the Critical Success Factors (CSF)Experience in Oil&Gas industry operations (upstream, midstream and downstream)Upper-Intermediate level of English.
