OverviewDevelopment and promotion of the brand in the market to achieve growth in profitability and maximum revenue of the company. Develops brand plans and manages them. Conducts market and target audience research data analysis. Participates in the preparation of the annual activity plan for the accountable brand/brands. Manages launch and relaunch projects of established brand products. Participates in the development of new products. Responsible for optimization of profitability and turnover of products, taking into account price positioning, price analysis of competitors, economic situation and forecast of price dynamics. Recommends, if necessary, pricing policy for categories/brand groups to maximize company profitability. Works to increase category/brand profitability by finding opportunities to optimize formulations, packaging, portfolio, etc., not only at the expense of price. Develops and implements ATL & BTL activities (ATL – advertising in the mass media, BTL – advertising technologies aimed directly at sales promotion). ) from setting tasks to monitoring their execution. Conducts an analysis of the effectiveness of advertising and marketing activities. Coordinates projects to increase sales in retail outlets, conduct advertising campaigns to stimulate demand. Plans and manages the budget for products of certain brands. Prepares the annual plan and budget to determine the financial and other resources necessary to achieve the goals set in the marketing strategy. Identifies unsatisfactory product parameters, customer requirements for products (not taken into account in it) and reports them to the manager of new products and quality service for correction products, giving them new consumer properties. Ensures the distribution of the necessary means and resources to achieve the established goals regarding market share and sales volumes: Manages the development and implementation of communication strategies and plans for each of the brands by recommending the appropriate media and marketing mixes. Agrees the concepts of international brand development approved at the local level with the management of the central office of the given brand. Forms recommendations for the short- and long-term development of an international brand on the local market. Qualifications: higher education (marketing, economics). Experience in marketing (preferably in FMCG companies) for at least 3 years. Special knowledge and skills: the basics of marketingmarketing and marketing communications tools; knowledge of the process of launching innovations in local production and the ability to work in this process; launch and methods of conducting advertising campaigns; the basics and principles of PR technologies; methods of studying the motivation of consumers' attitude to goods; methods of studying the market situation and developing forecasts of demand for the company's products of the selected trademark; pricing methods, pricing strategy and tactics; psychology and principles of sales; project management skills; good communication skills; excellent presentation and negotiation skills skills, structured thinking; high level of command of the English language; computer skills only at the level of a confident user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
