Senior Brand Manager (FMCG) in DDS INTERNATIONAL

We are one of the leading distribution companies of the alcohol market of Ukraine. Our portfolio includes world-class premium brands, including William Grant & Sons. We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Manager, who (a) is ready (a) to become a real ambassador of WG&S brands and lead them to even greater success on the Ukrainian market.

Kyiv, Lukyanivska (office at Yuriy Illenka Street, 12)

Your key tasks:

• Development and implementation of a long-term strategy for the development of the WG&S portfolio in all sales channels.

• Development of a marketing plan (ATL, BTL, digital, PR, trade marketing, POSM).

• Planning and control budget, reporting, launch and control of the implementation of activities in all sales channels

• Constant monitoring of the alcoholic beverage market, trends and consumer behavior.

• Analysis of the effectiveness of activities, preparation of recommendations to increase ROI.

• Planning and coordination of brand ambassador activities, tastings, presentations, festivals, PR events.

We expect from you:

• Experience in a similar position (brand / senior brand manager) from 3 years.

• Deep understanding of the FMCG market, preferably alcohol categories.

• Experience in managing budgets, planning ATL/BTL/digital activities.

• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking.

• Sufficient command of English (B2+).

• Proactivity, ability to take responsibility and lead projects to results.
