Main requirements for candidates: Work as a marketing manager for the last 5+ years or as a marketing manager with team management experience; Presentation, negotiation and argumentation skills, strategic and creative thinking; Creativity, unconventional thinking, systematicity, responsibility, stress resistance, strong leadership qualities; Knowledge of marketing tools and modern trends (digital marketing, brand management, advertising, PR, SMM management) Main duties: Development of a marketing strategy based on analysis, marketing research data; Development of a strategy for bringing new categories, brands, products to the market; Provision of constructive proposals for product portfolio management, development of new types of products, proposals for increasing competitiveness and product quality, as well as new types of packaging, labels and packaging of the "wine" category; Budget management and reporting to management with the aim of optimal allocation of resources; Coordination of the launch of marketing activities, analysis of results; Formation of the image of the company and products; Interaction with teams and contractors to ensure high efficiency of projects, as well as monitoring of the information space for prompt response to changes.
